Enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing your seat is secured before you even reach the airport, enhancing your overall travel experience.

Check-in online or on the go with the Drukair Mobile App from anywhere and at any time within the time frame of 72 hours to 4 hours before your scheduled flight departure time.

To check in, simply enter your 6-digit alphanumeric PNR (Passenger Name Record) to complete the process for yourself or multiple passengers within the designated time frame. You will need your last name, as it appears in your passport, along with your PNR and flight number to proceed.

At the Airport

After completing your online check-in, you must collect your standard boarding pass and baggage tags from the designated online check-in/baggage drop-off counter.

Please arrive at the airport at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before your scheduled departure for document verification and baggage drop-off. Arriving later than this may result in missing your flight.

Your e-Boarding Pass will include the airport reporting time for your reference.

Important Notes

• Online check-in is not available for:
  1. – Unaccompanied minors
  2. – Bhutanese passengers traveling to Indian sectors with Citizenship ID as their travel document
  3. – Passengers requiring medical or special assistance (wheelchair, special needs, etc.)
• Online check-in is not available for bookings made within 24 hours of your flight’s departure.
• Seats in the emergency exit rows and certain other select seating areas cannot be selected through online check-in. Drukair reserves the right to change seat assignments for operational reasons.
• Online check-in for chartered flights is only available on regular Drukair routes. For other chartered flights, please proceed to the check-in counters.
